In Real Estate, they say " Location, Location, Location." As a Real Estate Broker, I have found they key to be Education, Education, Education. I am involved with many different courses, both licensing and continuing education courses required to maintain a license. They also include Ethics and Fair Housing, and meet all NY state requirements.
